Welcome to SATXStreetEats. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

SATXStreetEats provides a platform for discovering and listing food trucks in San Antonio, Texas. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or interfere with other users' experience.

2. Food Truck Owner Accounts

If you register as a food truck owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information including location, hours, menu, and contact details. Listings may become visible to the public immediately when you publish them. We may review listings after they are published, and we may edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, or that we believe to be unauthorized.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion for billing errors.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (truck descriptions, photos, logos, and menus). By submitting content, you grant SATXStreetEats a license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, and you agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, offensive, or that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Reporting Infringement or Inaccurate Listings

If you believe content on SATXStreetEats infringes your copyright or other rights, or that a listing is inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicates your business, email us at hello@satxstreeteats.com with a description of the content and your contact information. We review reports in good faith and will remove or correct content where appropriate.

6. Indemnification

If you list a food truck or business, you agree to indemnify and hold SATXStreetEats harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the content you submit, your representation that you own or are licensed to use that content, your representation that you are authorized to manage the business you list, or your violation of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SATXStreetEats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of truck locations, hours, or menu information, as this is supplied by truck owners. Always verify directly with the food truck before visiting.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATXStreetEats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
